Amazon Ignite 2026 · September 14–16 · Las Vegas

Going to Amazon Ignite? Here's What to Ask the Fleet Vendors on the Floor.

Repair order chaos and invoice errors don't show up on a booth banner. Before you talk to another fleet vendor this week, know what questions actually separate a good partner from a billing line.

Amazon Ignite 2026

Quick Facts

What is Amazon Ignite 2026?

Amazon Ignite is Amazon's event for Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) and last-mile logistics operators, held September 14–16, 2026, in Las Vegas, with a vendor floor covering fleet, telematics, staffing, and compliance solutions.

Who is this page for?

DSP owners, fleet coordinators, and operations managers evaluating fleet maintenance and repair order support — whether you're walking the floor in Vegas or catching up from your station afterward.

Is Autonexis Fleet exhibiting at Ignite 2026?

We're not on the floor this year — we're 100% remote by design, which is exactly why our support scales the same whether you're in Las Vegas or running a single station in Ohio. But we put this guide together because the questions below are the ones we'd want a DSP owner to ask any vendor at the show, including us.

The Real Cost Center

The Real Cost Center Nobody's Booth Covers

Every vendor on the floor will pitch trucks, telematics, staffing, insurance. Almost none will pitch the thing quietly costing DSPs the most every month: repair orders and invoices that never get checked.

This is the back office most DSPs never staff for — because it's not a truck, it's not a driver, and it's easy to assume "close enough" on an invoice that's actually wrong.

What Goes Unchecked
Repairs that should've been AMP-covered, billed to you instead !
Rental invoices with overlapping periods, wrong rates, or loss-of-use charges nobody disputes !
ROs rejected and restarted because nobody validated them before submission !
A fleet coordinator's whole week disappearing into follow-up calls that could've been automated into a 30-minute cadence !
The Checklist

What to Ask Any Fleet Vendor at Ignite

Bring this to the floor. Ask it of us, ask it of everyone else.

01

Do you audit invoices against AMP program guidelines, or just process what's billed?

If a vendor can't tell you how they catch AMP-eligible repairs getting billed to the DSP, they're not auditing — they're forwarding.

02

What's your actual follow-up cadence on an open repair order?

"We follow up" isn't an answer. Ask for a number — hours, not days.

03

Which platforms do you work inside — Wheels, LeasePlan (ePlan), Element (Auto Integrate), Fleet Portal, Cortex?

A vendor who works around your systems adds a translation step. A vendor who works inside them doesn't.

04

Do you audit rental invoices too, or only repair orders?

Merchants Fleet, Edge, U-Haul, Budget — rental billing errors are just as common as repair billing errors, and almost nobody checks both.

05

What happens when you find a billing error — do you just flag it, or take it to a credit?

Flagging an error and recovering the money are two different services. Ask which one you're buying.

06

How is this priced — retainer, per-RO, or something scoped to my station count?

If the answer is one-size-fits-all, ask how that works for a 15-vehicle station and a 150-vehicle station equally.

Frequently Asked Questions

When is Amazon Ignite 2026?

September 14–16, 2026, in Las Vegas, Nevada.

What is the AMP program?

Amazon's fleet maintenance coverage program for DSPs — it determines which repairs are Amazon's responsibility versus the DSP's. Misapplied AMP coverage is one of the most common ways DSPs get billed for repairs that weren't theirs to pay.

Does Autonexis Fleet work with DSPs outside Amazon Ignite / outside Las Vegas?

Yes — support is 100% remote and nationwide. Mobile on-site repair is currently available in the Greater Philadelphia region.

How do I get started?

Request a consultation with your station count, fleet size, and current FMC — we'll come back with scoped pricing.
